Program Steps

  1. Submit a Letter of Intent (LOI):

    • Complete and submit the LOI form.
  2. Prepare Documentation:

      • Project proposal
      • Budget details
      • Resumes of key personnel
      • Letters of support (if applicable)
      • Any relevant previous research or publications
  3. Register or Login to the Online Portal:

    • New applicants: Click "Register" on the online web portal.
    • Existing users: Click "Login" to access your account.
  4. Submit Full Proposal:

    • If your LOI is accepted, you will be invited to submit a full application.
    • Complete and submit the full proposal through the online system.
  5. Review and Finalize Application:

    • Ensure all sections of the application are complete.
    • Double-check that all required documents are attached.
    • Submit the final application before the deadline.
  6. Await Review and Feedback:

    • The application will be reviewed by ADF and industry partners.
    • Be prepared to provide additional information if requested.
  7. Approval and Funding:

    • If approved, discuss the final terms and conditions.
    • Upon agreement, the funds will be disbursed for your project.
