Repayment Terms and Interest Rates:

Qualifications
- Must maintain an internal process for supervising and mentoring the participant.
- Must provide a full-time work opportunity for a minimum of 30 hours per week.
- Must provide a job coach for a minimum of 2.5 hours per month.
- Must submit a progress report upon request.
Must contribute at least 50% of the total salary of each participant.
