Program Steps

  1. Create an Account and Complete the Digital Assessment: Visit the program partner's website, Digital Main Street, and create an account. Complete the digital assessment to provide an overview of your current digital presence.

  2. Prepare Necessary Documentation: Gather the following documents to support your application:

    • Proof of business registration in Alberta (if applicable)
    • Business plan outlining your digital marketing goals
    • Financial statements
    • Any existing digital marketing materials or strategies
  3. Submit Your Application: Log in to your account on the Digital Main Street platform and submit your application along with the prepared documentation.

  4. Connect with a Digital Service Squad Member: After submitting your application, a member of the Digital Service Squad will contact you. They will help you develop digital marketing strategies, enhance your brand awareness, and automate your business processes.

  5. Implement Digital Strategies: Work with your assigned Digital Service Squad member to implement the recommended digital strategies. This may include setting up a Google Business Profile, optimizing your website, and developing email marketing campaigns.
