Qualifications

- Must have been active in executing their arts and/or heritage mandate for at least the previous 2 years.
- Programming must be accessible to all Canadians.
- Can be a not-for-profit organization proposing the development and management of a creative hub.
- Can be a provincial/territorial government, municipal administration, or one of their agencies.
Can be an Indigenous (First Nations, Inuit, or Métis) governing body or their agencies, with historical support for professional artistic or heritage activities, including Indigenous cultural practices in their community.
