Financing Details
Type of Financing: Grant
Repayment Terms and Interest Rates:
- No repayment required.
- No interest rates apply.
- As the employer, you are responsible for 1/3 of the direct training costs.
Eligible Expenses:
- Training costs for employees.
- Fees for eligible third-party trainers.
- Administrative costs for intermediaries (up to 15% of the government contribution).
Ineligible Expenses:
- Internal training costs.
- Training costs not delivered by an eligible third-party trainer.
- Any costs not directly related to employee training.

Qualifications
- Must be an employer with a particular skills demand.
- Must contribute to training costs:
- Employers with 100 or more employees need to contribute 1/2 of the training costs.

- Training must be delivered by an eligible, third-party trainer.
- Currently, the Ministry is only accepting training applications for 25 or fewer participants.
Disqualifications:
- Applications for training more than 25 participants are not currently accepted under this program.
