  • Must be willing to offer permanent employment to the placement candidate(s) upon successful completion.

    • Job title and job description for the placement
    • Candidate's resume and qualifications

  3. Contact CTMA: If you already have a candidate, reach out to Robin at [email protected] or 613-229-1669 to express your interest in the program and get further instructions.

  4. Complete the Application Form: Fill out the application form provided by CTMA. Ensure all details are accurate and complete.

  5. Submit the Application: Send the completed application form along with the required documentation to the designated CTMA contact.

  6. Follow Up: After submission, follow up with CTMA to confirm receipt of your application and to address any additional requirements or questions.

  7. Permit Monitoring Visits: Be prepared for monitoring visits during the work placement to ensure compliance with the program's guidelines.

  8. Pay Candidate: Ensure you pay the candidate at least the minimum wage for the duration of the work placement.
