  4. Complete the Application Form: Fill out the application form provided by CTMA. Ensure all details are accurate and complete.

  5. Submit the Application: Send the completed application form along with the required documentation to the designated CTMA contact.

  6. Follow Up: After submission, follow up with CTMA to confirm receipt of your application and to address any additional requirements or questions.

  7. Permit Monitoring Visits: Be prepared for monitoring visits during the work placement to ensure compliance with the program's guidelines.
