Qualifications

  • Must be a for-profit company.
  • Must be incorporated in Ontario for a minimum of two years.
  • Must have five full-time equivalent (FTE) employees in Ontario.
  • Must have operations and/or R&D in Ontario.
  • Must have the capacity to commercialize the results of the project.

  • Disqualifications:

    • Businesses not incorporated in Ontario.
    • Businesses incorporated in Ontario for less than two years.
    • Businesses with fewer than five full-time equivalent (FTE) employees in Ontario.
    • Businesses without operations and/or R&D in Ontario.
    • Businesses without the capacity to commercialize the results of the project.

      • Proof of having at least five full-time equivalent employees in Ontario
