Eligible Expenses:

• Capital Projects: Includes projects that bring a visitor experience or service to market readiness, increase an organization’s ability to provide visitor experiences or services, or increase visitor experiences or services in a community or region.
• Non-Capital Projects: Includes projects that improve tourism-related services or infrastructure.
• Leasehold Improvements: Eligible if there is a minimum 5-year lease agreement in place.

Ineligible Expenses:

• Funds cannot be used for operational costs, debt repayment, or any expenses not directly related to the approved project.
