  • Must be a First Nations, Inuit, or Métis cultural carrier.
  • Must be a First Nations, Inuit, or Métis group.
  • Must be a First Nations, Inuit, or Métis for-profit organization that has been in operation for at least 2 years.
  • Must be a First Nations, Inuit, or Métis not-for-profit organization not currently receiving core (operating) funding.

  • Disqualifications:

    • Organizations presently receiving core (operating) grants cannot apply to this component.
