Attach Supporting Documentation: Ensure all required documents are attached to your completed Application Form.
Submit the Application: Send the signed and completed Application Form along with all supporting documentation to the program's service provider.
Await Confirmation: After submission, wait for confirmation and any further instructions from the program administrators. They may contact you for additional information or clarification.
Receive Rebate: Upon approval of your application, you will receive a rebate for up to 50% of the cost of the eligible devices/technologies installed.
