Financing Details

Loan: The financing provided is in the form of a repayable loan. This means that the funds borrowed must be paid back over a specified period.

Repayment Terms and Interest Rates:

  • The loan features a competitive interest rate, which is fixed at the time of the agreement. This ensures that your payments remain consistent throughout the term.
  • Repayment is structured to begin six months after receiving the funds, giving your business a grace period to utilize the funds without immediate repayment pressure.
  • The term of the loan extends up to 10 years, allowing for manageable repayment installments.

Eligible Expenses:

  • The loan covers expenses directly related to the use of the reverberant acoustic chambers, including costs for testing aerospace components.
  • It also includes expenses for necessary modifications or preparations of components before testing.

Restrictions on Use of Funds:

  • The funds cannot be used for general operating expenses or unrelated business activities.
  • Purchasing of equipment not specific to the testing or modification of components for the chamber is also excluded.

Fees:

  • There is an initial application fee which is required at the time of submitting your loan application.
  • A nominal service fee is also charged annually, which covers administrative costs associated with the loan.
