- Project must be of SD/HD broadcast quality (720 x 486 / 1920 x 1080).
Applicant must maintain copyright and creative and financial control over the project.
Disqualifications:
- Any project that contains excessive language, violence, or sexual exploitation.
- Commissioned works.

- 75% upfront when you sign the Contribution Agreement.
