  • Disqualifications:

    • Projects that do not add or create value by processing, transforming, or upgrading upstream oil, gas, helium, and lithium industry products.
    • Projects that do not commercialize upstream oil and gas production byproducts and waste products.
    • Projects that do not result in a significant increase in processing capacity.
    • Projects with an investment below CAD$10 million in eligible costs.
