Why hire a summer student? Students bring new skills and fresh perspectives. They can help with various tasks and projects, giving your business a boost during the busy summer months. Plus, you’re helping them gain valuable work experience, which is a win-win.

Wages are set at a minimum of $20.80 per hour, depending on the student’s level of education. You will need to pay according to this scale, but the subsidy helps offset these costs. This program is a great way to support your business while contributing to the professional growth of young talent.
