Financing Details

Qualifications
- Must be a 1994 Land-Grant Institution (Tribal College).

- All legal structures are applicable.
- All profit structures are applicable.
Disqualifications:
- Must collaborate with at least one of the following:
- 1862 or 1890 Land-Grant Institutions
- USDA Agricultural Research Service (ARS)
- Non-Land-Grant College of Agriculture (NLGCA)
- At least one forestry school funded under the McIntire-Stennis Cooperative Forestry Research Program.
