Financing Details
Type of Financing: Loan
Repayment Terms and Interest Rates:
- The loan comes with a fixed interest rate of 5% per annum.
- Repayment terms are flexible, offering up to 10 years to repay the loan.
- Early repayment is allowed without any penalties.
Eligible Expenses:
- Funds can be used for purchasing equipment and machinery.
- Eligible for leasehold improvements and renovations.
- Can cover working capital needs such as inventory and operational expenses.
- Marketing and promotional activities are also covered.
Ineligible Expenses:
- Funds cannot be used for personal expenses.
- Real estate purchases are not allowed.
- Cannot be used to refinance existing debts.
Fees:
- A one-time application fee of $150.
- No ongoing service fees.
- No prepayment penalties.
