Description

This program offers you financial incentives to hire and train young people. You can receive funding to cover hiring and training costs for employees aged 15 to 29 through the Youth Job Connection program, and for those aged 15 to 18 through the Youth Job Connection Summer program.

You will get ongoing support from job coaches who help both you and your new employee. This ensures a smoother transition and better performance. Additionally, you can receive extra financial help to offset training costs, making it easier to integrate new hires into your business.

1. Request an Appointment:

2. Prepare Documentation:
