  • Must be a for-profit or not-for-profit business or organization that clearly demonstrates ownership and controlling interests by Indigenous groups.

  • Disqualifications:

    • Non-Indigenous-owned businesses or organizations
    • Businesses or organizations that cannot demonstrate ownership and controlling interests by Indigenous groups
