Repayment Terms and Interest Rates:
- This is a non-repayable contribution. There are no repayment terms or interest rates.
Eligible Expenses:
- Development of in-person or online education and awareness events, such as test drive opportunities.
- Creation of curriculum or training materials.
- Outreach and awareness campaigns.
- Development of web-based resources.
- In-person professional training or industry-led skills training.
- Increasing knowledge of charging and refueling options and clean fuels technologies.
Ineligible Expenses:
- Purchase of vehicles is not eligible for reimbursement.
- Any expenses incurred before the signing of a contribution agreement are not eligible for reimbursement.

Program Steps
Gather Necessary Information:

Prepare Required Documentation:
- Business registration or incorporation documents.
- Detailed project proposal, including objectives, activities, and expected outcomes.
- Budget breakdown and financial statements.
- Letters of support or partnership agreements, if applicable.
- Any previous experience or success stories related to similar projects.
Develop a Project Plan:
- Outline the project timeline and key milestones.
- Define the roles and responsibilities of team members.
- Establish metrics for measuring project success.
Complete the Application Form:
- Fill out all required fields accurately.
- Ensure that the information provided aligns with the program’s objectives and areas of focus.
Submit the Application:
- Review the application for completeness and accuracy.

- Begin project activities upon receipt of the letter, understanding that expenses incurred before signing the contribution agreement are at your own risk.
Sign Contribution Agreement:
- Review and sign the contribution agreement sent by NRCan.
- Ensure all terms and conditions are understood and met.
Implement the Project:
- Execute the project according to the approved plan.
- Maintain records of all expenses and activities for reporting purposes.
